To celebrate the success of One Piece Film : RED, Toei Animation Europe is excited to announce that the world-famous Straw Hat crew will be taking over London by lighting up the city with a special video projection on the County Hall and 15 other key locations all over London city.

Today, Toei Animation Europe and its partners (Selecta Vision in Spain, Front Row in the MENA regions, Anime Ltd in the UK) are happy to reveal that One Piece Film: Red is continuing to break box office records and become this year’s highest grossing anime film after its first weekend of release in Spain, the Middle East regions, and the UK.

The long-awaited fourth film in the series from General Producer Eiichiro Oda, is finally set to go! Directed by Goro Taniguchi of the CODE GEASS series, the movie ONE PIECE FILM RED is scheduled for release in Japan on Saturday, August 6th, 2022.

Toei Animation continues to pick up momentum as the airing of the 1,000th episode of One Piece approaches. This ambitious selfie campaign has mobilized devoted fans and newcomers to upload their photos to the One Piece digital album for a few weeks now, but the story does not end here - there’s still more than a few photos needed to break the record for the world’s largest digital photo album!

Fans of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates can rejoice with the news that the smash hit anime One Piece will broadcast its 1000th episode on November 21st. To mark this momentous milestone in the life of the longest running series in the history of Toei Animation, a series of exciting events and collaborations is taking place across Europe.

It’s megabucket popcorn time. To celebrate the 1000th episode of the One Piece anime series, more than 120 cinemas across France and the Benelux region are hosting the One Piece 1000 Logs Marathon on November 21st, the day of the 1000th episode’s broadcast in Europe, and just one day after its first screening in Japan.

From October 4th, a major operation will begin to celebrate the upcoming broadcast of the 1000th episode of the One Piece anime on November 21st. One Piece fans and newcomers young and old will be mobilized to bring the plan to life: all they have to do is upload their best selfie to a dedicated website, using the special One Piece frame created for the occasion.
