    Last Flag launches April 14

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of capture-the-flag shooter coming later this year
Play Last Flag free now until March 2 during Steam Next Fest to earn exclusive rewards

LAS VEGAS–February 23rd, 2026–Independent developer Night Street Games today announced that Last Flag, the studio’s over the top 5v5 capture-the-flag shooter, will officially launch on April 14 for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Console versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are also in development and are scheduled to launch later this year.

Last Flag was inspired by Night Street founders Dan and Mac Reynolds’ adventures playing real-life capture the flag while growing up, as existing CTF game modes failed to “capture” the exploration and excitement that only comes from actually hiding and finding the flag. Set within a stylishly retro 1970s-inspired game show, Last Flag players take on the role of colorful contestants competing for fame and fortune in matches designed to feel fun and strategic, but “not too sweaty”—and wrapped up in under 20 minutes.

“Working on Last Flag has been a dream for all of us at the studio. It’s not often you get to build a game exactly how you want,” said Mac Reynolds, CEO and co-founder of Night Street Games. “Our PC launch is a huge milestone for us, but we’re just getting started. There are new maps, new contestants, and some unexpected twists coming later this year for our players. We can’t wait to share it all.”

Players don’t have to wait until April 14 to get their hands on this innovative take on capture the flag gameplay. Last Flag will be running an open demo through March 2 where players can earn exclusive cosmetic rewards, like the Lunar Gold themed skin set, that carry over to the official game launch in April.

Last Flag will be coming to Steam and Epic Games Store for a modest one-time purchase price. Additional playable character and map content and free cosmetics coming to the game later this year will be included for no additional charge.
