Another day, another challenge. Generating hype and buzz for a newly established studio with no track record at GamesCom in Germany – that's one hell of a challenge!.
With our mystical know-how and magical PR fairy dust we scheduled face-to-face meetings with the most wanted international editors including Game Informer, Gamespot, IGN US, 1Up, Kotaku, Nowgamer, Computer Bild Spiele, Eurogamer, Kotaku, Consal.at, Consoles+, GamesTM and more.
Some of them even missed other fancy AAA presentations to come and see us, which was very cool. The studio didn't demo the game itself, instead showing some amazing artwork and a very intriguing teaser video to grab people’s attention.
The results? Beyond their expectations.... There’s no doubt about it – we’re not the only ones who love this project.
This is a studio with star pedigree. Kotaku said, “meet my favorite game from Gamescom.”
How did we do it? That's a secret we'd rather keep for now.

romoting a new IP is never a piece of cake, especially when players have to buy it via a bunch of lesser-known indie platforms. But we accepted the challenge anyway.
Why? Because we fell in love with OIO's gameplay, story and poetical message.
The pitch: drawing inspiration from the mythologies of Icarus and timeless fairy tales, OIO is the story of a little wooden man, awakened when a stray beam of sunlight pierces the twilight subterranean world in which he and his hand-carved compatriots stand frozen in time. Alone in being reanimated, OIO embarks on a perilous journey through the vast organic netherworld with only his wits and magical seeds to overcome the challenges before him and climb towards the light. As the journey unfolds, OIO will learn of the fate that befell his petrified companions, seek a way to free them from their inanimate tyranny, and come face to face with his greatest challenge.
ur goal was to generate hype among both media and hobbyists in the UK, France, Germany, US and beyond.
John, Kenny, Rebeca, Pilou, Pia, Audra and Salima did a great job to get coverage (thanks folks). The results? Loads of articles and hits including the biggest international games media like Gamespot, IGN, Joystiq, jeuxvideo.com and more.

FIAA is an online game publisher. Located in USA, Germany and Korea.
FIAA is focusing on licensing and publishing online games worldwide and especially in Europe.
The agency is promoting their title Operation7, a free-to-play MMOFPS (Massive Multiplayer Online First-Person Shooter). Featuring real-life-maps and real-weapon-assembly, Operation7 provides the most realistic FPS experience.
More than 100 types of real weapons can be assembled and tuned. Currently, you can meet players from all around the Europe.

As you know we love challenges and fresh games. Funky Lab Rat, a 2 D platformer game developed by the creative teams of Hydravision was one of them.
Using a PlayStation®Move motion
controller or a DUALSHOCK®3 wireless controller gamers can  freeze time, stop the action and even rewind to re-arrange and place the available items. How cool is that!
We were brought into the situation with the launch date already selected: in the storm of Thanksgiving on one hand…and on the same day Gran Turismo 5 came out on the other hand!
We were charged with getting media coverage in America and Europe (The Uk, Germany, Spain and France) despite AAA titles were retaining and absorbing the attention of editors.
Although the timeframe was challenging, the title got more than 300+ articles and positive reviews

We know Game Connection quite well and we always enjoy being around its fantastic team (cheers to all of them!).
Cosmocover was hired to help Game Connection on several aspects of their marketing & PR activities.
We were in charge with editorial content, setting up media partnerships (Gamesindustry.biz and Develop Magazine) and handling international PR actions (including for their additional projects such as the Selected Projects).
The goal of our tactic was to emphasize the core spirit of the event “business, quality and creativity” by using key people endorsement.

We created, managed and implemented the US open beta campaign for CosmicBreak, a ground-breaking 3D MMO shooter. We defined and implemented a bunch of cost-effective actions along with their in-house teams: 2 press releases, give-away campaigns, a trailer spot, forum posts etc.

We also managed the Big Update PR campaign and the come back campaign for Splash Fighters, a 26 M players Fighting game.
We used mostly PR and we adviced the marketing teams and helped them to issue an engaging newsletter.
We teamed-up again with our beloved US partner Doug Mealy!

Finally we helped them to write and issue a Press Release announcing the alpha test for their new and promising title : CosmicCommander.

We launched the brain-teaser game Color Cross & Animal Color Cross troughout Europe and America.
We designed and executed the European and US Press and Public Relations campaigns, we achieved some forums and viral tasks and we built cost-effective marketing tools with the in-house creative teams– including trailers. Our US partner arranged E3 interviews to showcase their new line-up.
We are thrilled as the game got tremendous results among media, fans and bloggers!

We did a great work considering the highly competitive landscape (+300 apps released per day on the Appstore). Our objectives were ambitious: getting media coverage, building awareness and warming-up the iPhone community to drive sales. Along with our client’s internal creative teams we turned those products into must-have gadgets or games!

We defined a brand new positioning and built up couple of stories called “Serious Gaming New Generation”. We executed and implemented all PR actions (including press Releases, Media Invitations and phoning in the framework of the official press conference).
